We love our customers and want to show our appreciation by rewarding you for your purchases. When you opt-in to our Rewards Program, you will begin to accumulate points which are redeemable for future purchases. Other benefits include advance notice of sales, the occasional newsletter and deals specific to you. As time goes on, we expect to add even more perks.

How to Opt-In:  You can opt-in now (it only takes about 60 seconds). Or, you can opt-in the next time you visit our shop at 5538 Main Street, Williamsville, NY.

How to earn Rewards Points: On purchases, you will earn a minimum of 5 points per dollar spent. You will earn points for purchases at any of our locations: Main Street, Village Glen Pro Shop and even on Courtside Outfitters Online! Points are earned for everything except tennis balls, gift cards, tax and shipping.

How to redeem Rewards Points: When you reach a Rewards threshhold of $5.00 (1000 points), CS will notify you by email. When this happens, you will be eligible to use your points to buy merchandise, services or gift cards at our Main Street location. Points can be redeemed for anything. At this time, points are not redeemable online, but are redeemable at the Main Street location in person or via phone order. You may choose to use your points immediately upon reaching a threshhold, or allow them to accumulate over time.  When you are ready to redeem your points, simply let us know at the time of purchase.

Terms and conditions:

You must be at least 18 years of age and be a legal resident of the United States or Canada and have a valid mailing address to participate. A valid email address is also required. It is your responsibility to update CS with any change in address or email address.

By opting-in to the Courtside Outfitters Rewards Program, you agree that CS can collect, retain, and reasonably use all information acquired from your participation in such program. CS may use this information to send you marketing information and special offers. CS does not disclose any information collected to third parties.

Once opted-in, each dollar you spend on merchandise and services at any of the Courtside Outfitters locations (Main St., Village Glen Pro Shop, or CS Online) will earn at least 5 points. Note that purchases of tennis balls, gift cards, tax and shipping are not eligible to earn points. From time to time, CS will run points promotions which will allow extra points to be earned; this could be for purchasing a specific type of item or completing a task such as reviewing a product.

Purchases made prior to your opting-in are not eligible for points. Under no circumstances are points retroactive to any previous purchases.  Merchandise returns will be deducted from your points total for the same amount of points when purchased.

Once you have earned 1000 points, you will be notified via email and given the opportunity to take a $5 deduction from your next purchase. You may do so, or you may continue to earn points and redeem on a future purchase.

Rewards points my be redeemed at CS Main St. location only. They may be redeemed for any merchandise or service, including gift cards. Rewards points have no cash value; you will not be paid for any unused portions of your Rewards discount.

CS reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any program rules, conditions, benefits or rewards in whole or in part at any time with or without notice. We further reserve the right to terminate the program or any individual membership with or without notice.  All institutional sales and team accounts are excluded from CS Rewards Program.
