All used racquets are refurbished in-house by our racquet technicians. They have new strings and overgrips in most cases. Stiffness measurements are tested to make sure they are within spec of the original. There are no warranties or returns on used racquets. Used Racquet Conditions Key
New: Brand new with grip wrapping intact. These may have been strung but were never used on court.
Mint: Almost new. Strung and hit on court very briefly.
Excellent: General signs of slight wear. May have been hit with over multiple sessions over a few months. No major paint chips or visible cracks.
Good: Still a very usable racquet but with some paint chips and scuffs. May have been a player's main racquet for a year or more.
Fair: Muiltiple paint chips and scuffs. Well used but not abused with no visible cracks. These still have playing life in them.
